Spencer Carlin, fresh from Ohio, is introduced to life in the big city.

Spencer, trying to find her way, runs into King High’s resident rebel, Ashley Davies, and gets more than she bargained for.

After a rocky start, Spencer meets a new version of Ashley, who introduces her to a different side of herself and L.A.
